OUR CLIENT HAD A PROBLEM: CIRCUMVENTING SYSTEMS POLICIES
A recent client [PRIMUS International] had come to us with 3 different accounts that were each advertising for different dating websites… these clients were spending BIG MONEY for advertising. Yes, this was serious, and the reason for suspension seemed to have been from a failing translation issue with the Google Ads Algorithm. The client’s accounts were each suspended for Circumventing Systems Policies.
Jupplee Digital Marketing made it easy to pin point the issue. Google says this is the violation involved with the policy: “Engaging in practices that circumvent or interfere with Google’s advertising systems and processes, or attempts to do so.”

SOLUTION? 2 Easy Steps
Step 1: Be rigorous with your investigation.
Jupplee had found that all 3 accounts were suspended for similar reasons. And, what we noticed in each account is that there had been translation issues with the Google Ads algorithm when translating from German. This made some of the websites translated on ads appear to have very questionable domains that they were advertising.
Some translated domain names seem to raise a flag in the Google Ads algorithm for violating the Compensated sexual acts policy (February 2021).
Step 2: Put together an extended case and appeal.
For this case, Jupplee Digital Marketing had found that your Google Ads Account was suspended for translation discrepancies. We then submitted an extended appeal explaining the mistake that had been made and kept in contact with the Google Policies team, following the case closely, communicating with Google and the client, and keeping track of updates. After submitting the appeal, we received a multiple emails from Google with updates on each case, and it took about 1 Day for each account to get unsuspended.
SUMMARY
For what seemed like a flaw in the Google Ads algorithm, this case highlights the sometimes ambiguous context found when translating accounts.

GOOGLE ADS POLICIES
There are a large number of Google Policies that each advertiser advertising on Google must abide by, and there are many things that an advertiser can do to violate these policies. You can find a full list of the Google Ads Policies here. There are 3 Main policies that we’ve noticed most accounts get suspended for. Those are: Circumventing System Policies, Suspicious Payment Activity, and Unacceptable Business Practices
What Do We Do?
It is incredibly difficult to know exactly what policy or policies an account may have violated as Google does not provide specific information to account holders on what their account may have been suspended for.
Moreover, the 3 main policies listed in the previous section are what Google will tell you your account is suspended for, but there is a whole plethora of sub-policies under these 3 policies that could be the actual reason the account is suspended. Jupplee Digital Marketing experts are quite knowledgeable of these policies, and we make it easy for customers to pinpoint exactly where the issues lie and what to do to fix them.
